Unhappy customer!!!!!
I ordered this on Friday Saturday June 3, 2023, I emailed them 15 minutes later and asked to get my order cancelled, Saffron emailed today which is Monday June 5th and told me my order couldn’t have any changes done. My order hasn’t even been shipped out yet, this is a horrible company. I should be able to get my order cancelled if it hasn’t been shipped. So now when ever it ships I have to pay to send it back, a waste of time and money for someone that could have been cancelled before it ships. VERY Unhappy customer!!!!!

We cannot make changes to orders or cancel them once placed, we can only apologise this was missed by yourself.
