We hope you love your MERABI, however, if it's not quite right you can send it back to us for a refund.
To receive a refund:
- Your MERABI must be raised and sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.
- You must ensure that your return is in perfect, unworn condition and has all tags in place.
- Kindly note, all return postage and fees, including any duty and taxes (if applicable), are the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow 14 days for returns to process through the network to be received. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receipt at our HQ.
Please note we are currently experiencing delays through our network due to industrial action.

. Please note, for using this service, a fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return postage.
When using our Returns Portal you may need a printer for your label. Please attach this to the front of your package ready for drop off or collection.

Our portal will always offer you the most affordable rate, however, you can return your items back to us via a chosen courier/postal service. We advise you to use a trackable service and retain proof of postage for your records as we are not liable for any items lost in transit.

While Nadine MERABI does not offer exchanges at this time, our return policy allows up to 14 days to return for a refund. A new order may be placed at any time for the item you wish to have instead.
