EU RETURNS

We are confident you will love your MERABI. However, if it isn’t quite right, we have a simple returns process for you to follow. 


To arrange a return, please visit the Returns Portal. Click the link to our Returns Manager page and select the website you purchased from.

Please be aware that we offer a flat rate of €25 for all returns when arranged via our Returns Manager. Kindly note, all return postage and fees, including any duty and taxes (if applicable), are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, you will receive the cost of the garment, minus the cost of delivery and returns fees back.

To receive a refund for your return

  • Your MERABI must be raised on our Returns Portal and sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.
  • You must ensure that your return is in perfect, unworn condition and has all tags and labelling in place. Please note that if your return is in an unsellable or altered condition, it will be returned back to you.

Please note, returned orders via customers chosen service and out of Returns Manager Portal may take additional 14 days to process.
Additionally, all returns sent back by customer’s other preferred shipment service rather than Returns Manager Portal are at the customer's own risk.

How long do I have to submit my return?

All customers must log their return via the Returns Portal within 14 days of receipt. Once the return is logged, customers must return the item to us within 7 days from that date. After the 7 days, the label will expire, and a return cannot be processed or accepted.

How long does it take for MERABI to process your return and refund?

Please Note: We aim to process returns within 10 working days from the date the return is received at the warehouse, however this currently may take longer due to heavy courier networks and delays returning your order to our warehouse. Please be assured we are doing our best to process your return as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

We will attempt to process all returns within 5-10 days of receipt. We will use this time to quality check each product thoroughly, ensure all tags are present and that the garment is in an acceptable and sellable condition. Once we have received and accepted your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days (please allow extra time during peak period).


What if my MERABI isn’t quite right?

Due to the nature of our delicate fabrics and garments, we have a dedicated QC team that check every garment before dispatch to you. However, if you do happen to receive a faulty item, you must reach out to our Client Concierge team within 48 hours of receipt to discuss next steps. Please ensure you send a description of the issue and relevant photos so we can arrange the fastest remedy. If we can repair your MERABI, our Client Concierge team will arrange this with you.


What if I try to process a return outside the returns window as stated above?

Customers will not be offered a refund or a credit option if they attempt to process a return outside of our returns window.

Kindly note that any Duties and Taxes paid on delivery cannot be refunded.

 

EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may submit our Withdrawal Form or notify us by any other clear statement, including by emailing us at hello@nadinemerabi.com. Once we have received your withdrawal declaration, we will provide confirmation of receipt on a durable medium.

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating your decision to withdraw.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal. If you choose to use our returns label service, the applicable return shipping cost will be communicated to you during the returns process and may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law.

We will reimburse all payments received for the returned goods, including the cost of our standard delivery option, in accordance with applicable law. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

You may inspect and try on the goods as you would in a retail store. However, we may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
