5 stars for the jacket only

The jacket itself is gorgeous. However the returns process is ridiculously slow and inefficient. It took weeks to refund me on one item despite being told the item had been received by the team. Not really sure why you need proof of tracking when you already have the item and have confirmed it to the customer.

Shame as I wanted to order the trousers but wouldn't now just incase I have to return them.

Stunning

I spent a long time deliberating whether to buy the Kira jacket. It’s a lot of money for me, I didn’t know the brand/sizing, I had no specific event that I needed a jacket for…I subscribed to the “mail me” when back in stock several times because of my indecision…but I finally gave in…SOOOO GLAD that I did!!! This is a super-sparkly gorgeous jacket that I can’t wait to wear! The sizing is spot on, and I used PayPal pay in 3 to ease the spend! Fantastic packaging - really pleased with my purchase - I will not waste time in buying again in future!!
