Harlow Blue Dress

Very flattering blue. Dress is a little short so I sized up (XS to S). Glad that I did as the dress was still quite mini, and that the bust area fitted well with a pushup bra. The only small detail is that the midriff part does not smooth out as evenly, so you might be see the inner layer bunch up a little, however given it is not white, it isn't as obvious. One thing to note though is that the feathers do come out quite a bit even. Overall cute dress, and recommend if you are looking for a glam party look!
