This jacket is very oversized but no where in the description does it say that. I have 2 other jackets from Nadine Merabi-black Meagan & white Meagan. I ordered both of those in my normal US size 6 (Small/Medium) and they fit perfect.
I ordered this jacket in the small/medium & it’s absolutely HUGE!!!! So disappointed!!!!!
Was so looking forward to receiving the jacket but it was never delivered. Customer service was poor and were reluctant to refund me ....eventually was refunded but would not refund the delivery charge although the item was NEVER received by me!!! So basically i paid them £6 for nothing. Nice touch! BTW put 1 star as I couldn't submit rewiew otherwise. So it's also 1 star for nothing l

We are so sorry to read your 1* review. We are extremely sorry that your original order was delivered by the courier to the wrong location, this is completely out of our control and we provided all the correct details at the time of dispatch. Unfortunately the delivery details were not updated once the courier had re-collected this parcel and therefore it was sent back to us. I can see you have spoke to multiple members of our team in order to resolve this which caused some confusion as the messages came through on different threads.
