All orders are processed Monday - Friday. UK Express delivery is only valid for Saturday delivery on orders placed before 2pm Friday - anything after this will be shipped the following Monday.

You can request an exchange or a refund for goods you have ordered on nadinemerabi.com up to 14 days after receiving your order using our Returns Manager. 

We will refund the original amount for products recevied in their original manufactured packaging, with the original swing tag intact.
